The item looks authentic to me and matches the photos well, so I’m mostly happy with it. I did check a few other reviews to compare, and it seems like others had a similar experience, which helped. I just wish it came with some proper proof or more details so I could feel totally sure. Overall it’s fine, but I’d feel more confident if they included that extra info.

"Too expensive for what it ended up being"
I wanted to like it, but the prices felt more like a vintage boutique than what I actually got. Once shipping was added, it felt even harder to justify. I’m kind of tired of having to compare, double-check, and chase value every time I shop online, so this one just left me a bit worn out. I’d definitely look around before buying from here again

I felt a bit embarrassed having to follow up about the return, but the whole process was more of a hassle than I expected. The refund took ages to come through, and I kept wondering if I was being annoying by checking in

The delivery was really slow, and I was getting annoyed waiting around for it. I kept checking the tracking like, seriously, where is this thing? But then it finally showed up and I guess everything was fine, so whatever, I’m over it now.

I had a really bad shopping experience, honestly. I placed my order and then just waited, assuming it was on the way like normal, but it never showed up. I kept checking to see if there was any update or tracking info that might explain what was going on, but nothing helped. I also tried reaching out for support because I figured maybe there was a delay or some issue they could clarify, but I never got a reply. So at this point I’m just left with no order, no explanation, and no communication, which is frustrating

I did eventually find what I was looking for, so I’ll give it that. But the pages were slow to load, and the menus weren’t the easiest to figure out. Not the worst site, but it could definitely be smoother...

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The product itself was fine, but the box showed up kind of crushed. I’ve ordered similar stuff from other brands and their packaging usually feels a bit sturdier, so this was a little disappointing. Not a huge deal, but definitely something they could improve.

"Got a different lamp than expected"
I ordered a vintage lamp from sunbeamvintage.com, and the one that showed up wasn’t the same as the photos. It was in the same general style, but the color and size were off, so it didn’t really match what I thought I was buying.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few days, and I had to send photos more than once. Not sure how to explain it, but the whole thing felt a little more frustrating than it needed to be.
They did offer a return, which I appreciated, but I had already planned to use it for a room setup and didn’t really have time to start over. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I’d be cautious if you really need the exact item pictured.

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed when my order from sunbeamvintage.com showed up because it didn’t match the item description. Based on the listing, I was expecting something closer to what was pictured and described, but what arrived felt noticeably different.

I get that vintage items can vary a bit, but the description should still be accurate enough to know what you’re buying. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get better about making the listings match the actual items.

I placed my order after that it just felt like everything went quiet. I expected at least some kind of clear update, but there wasn’t much to go on.

I emailed to ask what was happening because the tracking either wasn’t moving or didn’t show anything helpful. The replies took a while, and when I did hear back, it didn’t really answer what I was asking.

Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but mine was frustrating. For me, the poor communication and useless tracking were enough that I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously improve that part.

I ordered a vintage jacket that was listed as being in very good condition, but when it arrived, it had way more stains and wear than I expected from the photos. Shipping was totally fine, but the description really didn’t match what I got. It’s frustrating because the communication around the actual condition wasn’t very clear, and I paid a bit more thinking it would be cleaner. Disappointing overall...

The order itself was totally fine, but the shipping price really caught me off guard. It was just one small item, so seeing the extra cost at checkout added this annoying bit of stress I wasn’t expecting. I still got what I needed, but the shipping felt way too high for what it was

"Disappointed and not worth the hassle"
I ordered from sunbeamvintage.com i was let down when it arrived. It looked cute in the photos, but in person the fabric felt thin and cheap, and the stitching seemed really rushed. I wore it once and it already started coming apart a little. I also got frustrated because dealing with the whole process felt like way too many steps for something that wasn’t even good quality. Definitely not worth the money for me

I ordered from sunbeamvintage.com and the item looked nice overall, but it definitely could’ve used a better cleaning. There was dust in the corners and it had a bit of a weird smell when it arrived. I expected “vintage,” not “kinda dirty.” Shipping was fine though, so that part wasn’t an issue.

"Not as unique as they make it sound"
I really wanted to like sunbeamvintage.com more, but the styles felt average to me. They kind of give you the impression that you’ll find really special, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, but that promise feels a bit vague once you actually browse around. Some items are cute, sure, but a lot of it looks like stuff I’ve already seen on a bunch of other vintage sites. I was hoping for more unusual finds or something with a little more personality. It’s not a bad shop, just not as exciting as I expected if you’re looking for something truly different.

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered a medium, but it fit more like a tiny XS. Super disappointing and felt like a waste of money. On top of that, the constant reminders to leave a review were way too aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying...
